Nashville's hospital grades are slipping. Seven Middle Tennessee facilities graded by The Leapfrog Group received an 'A' safety rating, according to the organization's latest report, down from nine A grades in the fall of 2021. The majority of A grades were given to TriStar Health hospitals, five of which received A's down from seven last year. TriStar is the local health system of Nashville-based HCA Healthcare Inc.
